These terms cover your use of farmilytechnologies.com. FARMILY is currently a pre-seed company in active development — this website is informational, not a live product with accounts, subscriptions, or transactions. If we launch a product with its own terms, those will be published separately.

You're welcome to browse this site and use the contact form to reach us. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

This site and its content are provided "as is." We've written it in good faith and try to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and it shouldn't be relied on as professional, legal, or investment advice.

3. Intellectual property

The FARMILY name, logo, and the content on this site (copy, design, illustrations) belong to Farmily Technologies unless otherwise credited. Photography is licensed under the Unsplash License; the cited academic chapter belongs to its publisher and authors under its own copyright terms.

4. Third-party links and services

This site links to and relies on third-party services (our contact form runs on Formspree; the published research chapter is hosted by Springer). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmily Technologies isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the company and this site evolve. We'll update the date below when we do.
